I used to think an engineering degree was all that mattered. I believed if I just got a job, worked hard enough, mastered the right tools, and kept pushing forward, success would follow.
But over time, and through experience, I realized the real challenges were not in the hard skills.
They were in the soft skills—emotions and dynamics.
The moments where miscommunication and misalignment derailed progress. The tension in team meetings. The frustration of not being able to communicate clearly and succinctly, even when I had the right answer.
I had some soft skills, but I believed I had to suppress them if I wanted to be an engineer. As expected, things didn’t work out.
After years of inner disharmony, I decided to leave the technical workforce and was led through deep personal work. That’s when I saw the truth: emotional intelligence isn’t optional—it’s essential.
With a degree in industrial engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, I understand how engineers think.
I also realized what traditional leadership programs were missing: the recognition that we are not only intellectual but emotional beings.
After I accepted my complete self, I decided to train in emotional intelligence, emotional healing, and spiritual coaching—first to help myself and then to help others bridge the gap between expertise and empathy.
Today, I integrate seemingly opposite worlds—engineering and emotions—and use them to equip engineers with emotional intelligence.
If you are currently in a leadership role, about to take one on, or considering it, I can help you develop your emotional intelligence and bridge the gap between technical expertise and human connection. When these two worlds align in your life, not only does your professional career soar, but your personal fulfillment can reach new heights.
The future of engineering belongs to those who lead with heart and logic.
And it shows:
That’s not theory. That’s transformation.
Although technical brilliance deserves to be heard and respected, understanding and managing our emotions is real power. My mission is to bring attention to this knowledge.
I’m taking everything I’ve learned—the insights, the breakthroughs, the tools that have helped others lead and live with more ease and empathy—and putting it into writing.
The books I’m writing now are an extension of this mission: to bring emotional intelligence to the hearts of leaders at home, work, and in their businesses.
Not as an afterthought, but as a foundation.
